in your article about cops craching down on parish priest. why don't you tell the cops and the cops about the torture of the tampa of by the gay tampa cop on marjorie huffine in 1999. all for a lot more pocket change and a bit new position under the chiefs desk. read article a month ago about this sweet cop and the demonic torture of my mom brought to cornwall ny in a csx train. tortured under bushes...president that is advice...than her remains fed to me as deer meat...see you next year with a few less headaches on this visit...happy 2009

I feel that it is my duty to rub Sarasota Herald Tribune's nose in its own hypocrisy. One of the first facts we should face is that I must admit that I've read only a small fraction of Sarasota Herald Tribune's writings. (As a well-known aphorism states, it is not necessary to eat all of an apple to learn that it is rotten.) Nevertheless, I've read enough of Sarasota Herald Tribune's writings to know that if Sarasota Herald Tribune were as bright as it thinks it is, it'd know that if you think that it has the linguistic prowess to produce a masterwork of meritorious literature then you're suffering from very serious nearsightedness. You're focusing too much on what Sarasota Herald Tribune wants you to see and failing to observe many other things of much greater importance such as that it has been said that for once, it should try thinking instead of vociferating. I, in turn, warrant that if I recall correctly, we must show it that we are not powerless pedestrians on the asphalt of life. We must show Sarasota Herald Tribune that we can oppose it and all it stands for. Maybe then Sarasota Herald Tribune will realize that it contends that society is screaming for its claims and that, therefore, sophomoric wiseacres make the best scout leaders and schoolteachers. This bizarre pattern of thinking leads to strange conclusions. For example, it convinces abysmal, venom-spouting tin-pot tyrants (as distinct from the cuckoo sideshow barkers who prefer to chirrup while hopping from cloud to cloud in Nephelococcygia) that neocolonialism is the only alternative to nonrepresentationalism. In reality, contrariwise, Sarasota Herald Tribune's bedfellows are the carrion birds of humanity. That said, let me continue. All in all, I realize that this letter has seemed incredibly bleak. However, expecting the worst from Sarasota Herald Tribune means we will never be disappointed. If we're wrong and Sarasota Herald Tribune does not try to feed us ever-larger doses of its lies and crackpot assumptions, we'll be relieved. If we're right and it does, we'll be prepared.

Pod, the writers are the employees of the SHT. The SHT owns the ink, presses, and foots the bills for all of expenses of the newspaper, TV studio and Internet site.

They express their company's OPINION. You are no different as you have expressed your OPINION and it didn't cost you a dime.

    Chill dude.

I was waiting to see if anyone would reply =)

I thought dvhuffine's post was random babble, so I went to this fun website that I use from time to time and typed in Sarasota Herald Tribune as the company name.

Check it out, it's lots of fun.
